This is a 60 min. Group Fitness Boot camp working on strength training, endurance and overall weight-loss. Using Cicruit style routines while incorporating bootcamp style movement's with body weight toning.
Good for all Fitness levels. This is a high intensity class that offer's modification's. Your trainer will garuntee to get you through this workout!

- 6 ft social dstancing implemented during this class.
- Minimum amount of people per class to follow state rules, and health percaution's.
- Mask's required to bring, But are not required to wear during the workout for safety and health reasons.
